In un piccolo edificio appartamenti al 1° e 2° piano dotati di riscaldamento e aria condizionata nelle camere da letto, finestre a risparmio energetico, arredo nuovo. Tutti i negozi e i servizi nelle vicinanze, fermata dell'autobus a 100 metri di distanza. La proprietà si trova in via Antonio Bosco vicino al centro storico ma allo stesso tempo vicino al viadotto Histonium che consente di raggiungere velocemente la spiaggia di Vasto Marina che dista solo 3 km.

La casa è dotata di ogni comfort! grande luminosa e spaziosa. Dotata di tutti gli utensili che servono in cucina..i mobili sono nuovi e le camere ben curate e pulite. La consiglio a tutte le famiglie che vogliono fare delle vacanze e alle comitive di ragazzi. Il proprietario persona disponibile e deliziosa!

L'appartamento grande,luminoso e pulitissimo. Fornito di tutto ciò di cui una casa ha bisogno ,dalla lavatrice ,al ferro da stiro ,stoviglie ,pentole ,phon,tovaglie ,stendibiancheria... Tutte le camere con balcone. Letti comodi. Posizione perfetta ,a pochi passi si trova la fermata della navetta che in 3 minuti porta a Vasto Marina. Sempre a pochi passi il centro storico. Proprietari gentilissimi ,ci hanno anche omaggiato con una bottiglia di olio e vino locale. Consigliato vivamente per una vacanza rilassante a 2 passi dal mare.

Die Vermieter waren überaus nett und hilfsbereit, auch jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß,sehr gut ausgestattet und absolut sauber. Sie verfügt über 3 Doppelbetten und einem Einzelbett. Desweiteren liegt sie sehr zentral, ca 10 Minuten zu Fuss ins Stadtzentrum. Auch der Weg in einen Supermarkt ist nicht weit.

Affacciata sulle acque cristalline dell’Adriatico, protetta da una cintura di vette appenniniche, Vasto da sempre è considerata una delle città più affascinanti del centro Italia. Amata e apprezzata per la sua storia antichissima, ammirata per le sue bellezze naturalistiche, è una città unica dove si mescolano tradizione e modernità.A Vasto puoi divertirti sotto l’ombrellone, nuotare e fare sport nelle riserve naturali, oppure passeggiare e fare shopping tra i caratteristici vicoli del centro storico. Dopo il tramonto invece puoi gustare la tipica cucina marinara con le sue antiche ricette come il “Brodetto di pesce alla vastese” in uno dei tanti graziosi ristoranti vista mare, oppure abbandonarti alla musica dei suoi locali notturni e all’ospitalità dei vastesi.Alcune delle numerose attrattive che abbiamo il piacere di suggerirvi:LOGGIA AMBLING: una terrazza sospesa sul mare , lo sguardo che abbraccia tutta la costa da Vasto al Gargano, le isole Tremiti di fronte, le casette antiche , i fiori , l'aria pulita, un vero paradiso! PALAZZO D’AVALOS: vecchia residenza della prestigiosissima famiglia d’Avalos. Con al lato gli stupendi giardini visitabili e all’interno il ricchissimo Museo Civico, in cui, è custodita una interessante raccolta numismatica. E’ uno dei più significativi esempi di architettura rinascimentale abruzzese. PARCO ARCHEOLOGICO DELLE TERME ROMANE: tornato in luce in seguito ad estesi scavi archeologici e lavori di valorizzazione completati nel 1998, conserva alcuni dei mosaici più importanti ed estesi sinora rinvenuti lungo l’intera costa medio adriatica, con una superficie complessiva di circa 250 mq., oltre ad una serie di ambienti di servizio con resti di pavimentazione termale, vasche, cisterne, ed una grande sala pavimentata con marmi pregiati. I mosaici del Nettuno, molto estesi, sono caratterizzati da una decorazione molto articolata. RISERVA NATURALE DI PUNTA ADERCI: Occupa un'area di 285 ettari, si estende lungo la costa adriatica a Nord del porto di Vasto, fino ad arrivare alla foce del fiume Sinello. L’area di maggiore interesse naturalistico è costituita dalla spiaggia di Punta Penna. Il promontorio di Punta Aderci (26 m s.l.m.) caratterizza l’intera area offrendo una visuale a 360° su tutta la riserva. Da Punta Aderci lo sguardo può spaziare sul Parco Nazionale della Maiella e, al tramonto in condizioni di buona visibilità, sul Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso. Al largo della riserva, non mancano mai i delfini del genere Stenella o il Tursiope, oltre a diverse altre specie marine tipiche del mar Adriatico. Gli appassionati di birdwatching possono osservare, oltre al fratino simbolo della riserva, il fenicottero maggiore, l'airone cenerino, il cavaliere d’Italia, il martin pescatore, la cinciallegra, e tante altre specie, tra i rapaci sono presenti il gheppio, lo sparviero e la poiana. VASTO MARINA: La spaggia di Vasto Marina è incastonata all’interno del grande golfo omonimo, un grandissimo arco a forma di luna; si tratta di spiaggia di soffice sabbia dorata molto ampia e lunga chilometri, che presenta alle spalle, oltre ad un centro urbano con hotel, locali e campeggi, delle splendide formazioni dunali che, assieme a quelle della spiaggia di Punta Penna, rappresentano uno degli habitat meglio conservati di tutta la costa. La spiaggia è ottimamente attrezzata ed è bagnata da un mare molto bello con fondali digradanti e sabbiosi, ideale per i bambini, per fare il bagno, nuotare e praticare diversi sport acquatici. AQUALAND: è il più grande parco acquatico del Centro-Sud Italia. La struttura comprende 3.000 mq di piscine, un ristorante self service, una pizzeria-paninoteca, diversi bar, area pic-nic in mezzo al verde, un km di scivoli, impianti sportivi come palestra, impianti da beach volley e free-climbing, baby club, sala giochi, un teatro dove si svolgono molti eventi e spettacoli, e 50.000 mq destinati al verde con oltre 10.000 piante e più di 100 varietà di specie arboree; inoltre è possibile praticare sport e divertimenti come: Fitness, Wellness, Free climbing e Water wars. Inoltre all'interno del parco è presente una fattoria con molti animali.
